At Young Travelers Concierge, we provide exceptional support in preparation for and during national and international travel, as well as on-call care while children and young adults attend school, summer camp, or embark on any independent journey within the USA.
With your membership, a dedicated concierge is assigned to offer tailored support, managing every detail that would typically require a parent’s presence. From travel logistics to on-call assistance, we ensure their safety, comfort, and success.

Membership + Hourly or By the Assignment
Why is a base membership fee required?
We stay fully engaged with every young client under our care by strictly limiting the number of clients we accept. Once a membership is purchased, we block space to devote time and attention to the young traveler and parent, thoughtfully pairing them with the most fitting concierge and ensuring elite on-call service tailored to their specific needs and preferences. Therefore, we do not accept one-off requests without membership.
Hourly:
Assignments that are under 8 hours are billed on an hourly basis.
By the assignment:
For assignments that extend beyond 8 hours or span several days, we offer a flat rate.

For over a decade, the founder of Young Travelers Concierge honed their expertise as a dedicated case worker within the Department of Social Services, Child Protective Division.
This profound experience laid the foundation for a commitment to unparalleled care and support for young individuals.
Building on this solid foundation, the next 25 years were spent crafting and perfecting high-end travel & language camps, residential summer camps, and college tours tailored to the entertainment industry-focused careers.
With 35 years of working with children and young adults, in various concerns—from arranging travel, and exclusive experiences to managing emergencies young travelers face—combined with the immediate impact of Covid closures on camps and colleges, Young Travelers Concierge was founded.
Fun fact: because of our work in entertainment and career development, Zendaya, Selena Gomez and Sabrina Carpenter are just a few names that have crossed our program as minors.
Our clientele, primarily from high-net-worth families, have come to expect the highest standards of service and discretion. All staff must be trained in the art of concierge service and hold a degree in social work or education.
