Student Concierge (Remote + Local Support)
Are you someone who excels at staying organized, anticipating needs, and offering steady, thoughtful support to students—whether in person or remotely? As a Student Concierge, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for international students navigating life in the U.S., providing hands-on assistance, problem-solving, and daily coordination that ensures each student feels safe, supported, and set up for success.
A degree or certification in a care-related field (such as education, social work, youth development, or healthcare) is strongly preferred.
Bilingual is a plus.
Regional Sales & Partnerships Coordinator
Are you a natural connector who understands the value of personalized services for families and youth? This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage with parents, educational institutions, and companies to explore opportunities for partnership and growth. You’ll represent Young Travelers Concierge with professionalism and care—building relationships that align with our mission of providing unmatched support for international youth in the U.S.
Experience in relationship-based sales, education services, or family-oriented industries is a plus.
Strong communication skills and cultural fluency are essential.
Bilingual is a plus.
Service Coordinator
Think of this role as the air traffic controller of our operations—making sure every young traveler’s needs are promptly addressed, every detail is in motion, and no concern is left unattended. As the central point of coordination, you’ll monitor student activity across time zones, track concierge assignments, and ensure that each family receives timely communication and care.
This role requires calm decision-making, excellent organization, and the ability to prioritize under pressure. You’re someone who can juggle multiple needs at once—while still making each family feel like they’re your only priority.
Experience in logistics, case management, or youth program coordination is a plus.
Bilingual is a plus.
